new site.
We’ll I’m here. I’ve gotten this site done and ready to use. I’m quite excited about it since I’ve been sitting on the idea of making myself a personal website via neocities for a few years now. I just never had the motivation to learn how to code, so, to have finally locked in and gotten it done feels rewarding. I think my site is looking pretty sweet!
If anyone happens to stumble across my site and decides to read this, or, just read anything I’ll write here… I’ve decided to open up in my first entry with a few points to be made about the design.
I was heavily inspired by nyscura’s writing blog, so, you’ll see the similarities are blatant. I wanted to follow the simple format but of course design it to my own interests/aesthetic. Given the fact I did this from 0 experience of coding, I hope the inspiration isn’t taken in bad faith.
I hope that sooner than later I will get more original concepts to adjust my website to fit in with the rest of the extravagant sites I’ve seen on neocities.
I don’t think I’ll be changing my about section unless I have a better way of framing it pop up, and I’m super happy with the calendar so I will leave that up as well, but the mp3 player will change given whatever song I’m obsessing over at the moment. Today, it is I’m So High by Grind Mode, which I've got on the main page right now. For this entry specifically, I've put around the world by Farm Dog on soundcloud. i Love Music~... I’m so proud of the mp3 player, I believe the script/design is from scripted resources music players tab. Just changed a lot around with it!
Anyway, my name’s Bianca, I was born 02.10.2003 and I’m in love with writing in all forms of it. So… this site will most likely stick to being a digital journal rather than anything else. I don’t see myself giving much more personal details outside of my name and age but I don’t know. Maybe if I get more comfortable I will say more.
My straw.page is slaughters9 which links back to an account that I’ve got on Instagram where I was posting edits. I should really be editing again but writing is a lot easier than even just opening AE. I mention it because I did want to get a chat box or something for my site but I don’t think it’ll save the comments left, so, I can always be reached via my edit account if anyone wants to say anything.
I guess that is all for now, I’ll return soon enough with something more interesting to talk about.
